  • Pikes Peak Association of Realtors (PPAR) - The Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS, PPAR, was organized in 1902. PPAR services the Pikes Peak region which includes El Paso and Teller Counties.   • International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) - The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) is the global trade association of the shopping center industry. Its 75,000 members in the U.S., Canada and more than 80 other countries include shopping center owners, developers, managers, marketing specialists, investors, lenders, retailers and other professionals as well as academics and public officials. As the global industry trade association, ICSC links with more than 25 national and regional shopping center councils throughout the world.

  • Pikes Peak Regional Building Department (PPRBD) - The main goal of the Department is to safeguard life and limb, health, property and public welfare by regulating and controlling the design, construction, quality of materials, use and occupancy, location and maintenance of all buildings and structures within all zoned areas of El Paso County through the enforcement of minimum building code standards. Also, the building department performs comprehensive inspection of all new building construction and alterations and additions to all buildings to ascertain compliance with numerous building codes.
