PROFESSIONAL PROFILE Craig I. Yatsu

Profile
Craig Yatsu received his Colorado real estate license in 1997.  After four years, joined Grubb & Ellis working with local and national tenants and then joined The London Real Estate Group where he became involved with investment properties for his clients and on a personal basis.  In May of 2007, started his own commercial real estate company, Craig Commercial Real Estate, Inc. where he carries on working with tenants, landlords and investment properties. 

Experience
In his 10 years of real estate experience, Craig has been involved in leasing, selling and investing of commercial properties in Colorado.  Craig has worked with wide range of clients from retail, office, industrial and developers. He has experience and knowledge to locate and evaluate sites for various users as well as developers. Craig is skillful in marketing and selling income properties to investors; he has worked with developers on new and rehab retail projects. He continuously ensures that his clients achieve their acquisitions, dispositions and financial goals regarding their commercial real estate portfolio.

Education
A graduate of the University of Washington Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, has his Bachelors of Science in Prosthetics and Orthotics (artificial limbs and orthopedic braces).  Craig is currently a CCIM candidate and working on acquiring the designation soon.
